‘Hatha Yoga Manjari’ is a very important and descriptive book for Yoga.
It was first published at ‘Dharmik Press, Prayag’ by ‘Brahma Gyan Vidhyarthi.’
I have tried in every possible way to obtain copies of the above mentioned book, but it is neither available at the press, nor with the publisher.
So, considering the simplicity and easiness of it’s exercises and utility for people interested in yoga, the thought of republishing it came to me a long time ago, but I did not know whether it would be proper to do so without the permission of the first publisher. A lot of time was devoted in this connection but all effort resulted in VAIN. Ultimately, I thought that important information should reach the yoga enthusiasts. Thus I decided to follow my heart and republish this book on the basis that it’s cost would depend upon the expenses incurred during publishing. This decision is justified by this book’s cost.
This book is full of interesting experiences. Since all the topics are in Hindi, they can be easily assimilated. I, not only hope but also believe that the learned people will not think my efforts otherwise. This is not a money oriented effort, instead, it only serves the purpose of fulfilling my Guru, Late Swami Kuvalyanandaji’s desire to ensure that all yoga related information reaches the common man. The republication of this book will definitely benefit the yoga enthusiasts and I hope they will send me their suggestions also.
