The good response my first book Mind Management evoked encouraged me to write more concrete on this subject. As a result I embarked on writing a book containing thoughts, words and actions of those who have emerged as great Mind Managers of the world. In my view Mind Management is central to all managements. Creative changes take place only through the technique of mind management. Right from Lord Krishna to Dr. Ambedkar every epoch-making personality has applied this technique consciously or unconsciously. Whether in the field of science or religion, politics or social engineering, the same technique of mind management has been used. Great people changed the course of history through the technique of mind management. Man will not change unless his thoughts are changed. Mind management is harnessing the power of the mind through different techniques of concentration and to use the enhanced psychic power for creative and noble purpose.
I had been working on this topic for last three years. The ideas which crystallized in my mind while writing this book during those years have come down through the pages of this book. I do not claim any authority on the subject. My findings are based upon my inner realization, company of mind managers and study of the life and work of great men of the world.
Despite best efforts, I do not rule out certain flaws. Therefore, I will always be obliged to be enlightened by the remarks and comments of the readers.
