Dr Pallavi Chaturvedi is an inspirational homoeopath. She has learnt the art of practicing homoeopathy from her revered guru Dr Milind Rao. Dr Chaturvedi has a clinical experience of 14 years, and has presented well-received papers on pathological cases treated by homoeopathy at several national seminars. Her lectures provide a resplendent touch to the science behind homoeopathy. Her steadfastness has made it possible for her to imbibe the skills of an artist from her Master. Going back to the Roots is an apogee, a culmination, a triumph for a homoeopath standing firm against all odds. The author has described more than 40 cured cases, covering an array of remedies that range from the commonplace to the rare. Her narration and journey aim to portray homoeopathy as a lucrative career option for the upcoming generation. In 2003, Dr Pallavi Chaturvedi joined the Hahnemannian Homoeo Forum (HHF), a team of ardent and humble homoeopathic doctors based in Maharashtra, who work as one family. The HHF encourages and educates amateurs and practicing homoeopaths with love and care, and helps them become more refined and confident in their knowledge. It also helps them grow in their medical practice. This desire to contribute to the success of homoeopathy and homoeopaths is the driving spirit and purpose behind writing this book.
I, very well, know the author of this book, Dr Pallavi Chaturvedi since her college days. I have seen her growing from a novice homoeopath into a knowledge giant. She is very sincere and generous by nature. Hence, she has written this book with an intention to show her experiences and knowledge with the homoeopaths.
The book is written with an intention to instil confidence un the budding homoeopaths, that they can grow into professionally very successful homoeopaths.
This book contains all the information needed by a budding homoeopath, to be a successful practitioner. The book is illustrated with large number of successfully treated cases, description of several common and uncommon medicines, the posology, etc.
This is a complete book. I wish the book could reach every homoeopath, so should be translated into as many languages as possible.
I bless the author and her book with all the success.
The book, "Going Back to The Roots", has taken me back to where I come from. We all may reach to different destinations and look for answers to allay from the complexities of our lives. We find solace only we get closer to our roots, where we really belong. This journey was very important for me to share as a Female Homoeopath. I had taken a lecture for students of ninth and tenth standard of Gundecha Education Academy as a part of Career Guidance Programme. As I explained them the powers and benefits of Homoeopathy, the one question that put them off was- How much will we earn if we take up Homoeopathy as a profession? And How many years it will take to earn an "x" amount? This scene needs to change. Students should prefer Homoeopathy as a Career by choice and not by chance. It is a dream which will definitely come true with the advent of HHF Academy for sure.
After Rao Sir departed for heavenly abode, many of us geared up voluntarily to take charge of responsibilities in propagating about HHF and sharing His teachings. I shared the same on our Telegram group. The members from interiors of Maharashtra came in a big group to meet me during the Tribute Seminar. They appreciated the case-taking method that I had shared in audio form and requested me to write a book on the same. Tribute Seminar was full of Sir's vibrations, and this message came to me from Sir through these members. Initially I did not consider myself capable of writing a book, but later with more requests I gave it a serious thought.
