My greetings to all,
Acharya Swami's benedictory utterance, "if the intention is good, everything will turn out to be beneficial," has indeed come true in our lives. Numerous are the devotees who have profited out of this writing that carries the blessings of the Acharya. Indeed, it is spine-tingling to know about the glorious deeds of Sri Kamakshi Amman and also witness those actually happening right before our eyes.
The immense success of this publication touching 45 editions, besides its being the forerunner for more than eighty writings following it-giving me a permanent footing in the literary circuit- can only be attributed to the grace of the divine mother, Sri Kamakshi.
I should place on record here my grateful thanks to Sri K.M. Sami Iyer, who has not only inspired my taking up this writing, but also helped me in composing himself the first line for each of the first two worshipful hymns.
The songs for six weeks' worship as also the prayer songs, have now been released as audio C.Ds and I am glad to share with the readers that they are well received by the devotees.
The manuscript of this work was kept at the holy feet of goddess Sri Kamakshi, as also in front of the "Sri Chakra", while all the songs were rendered in her sanctum, thus earning her blessings. I pray wholeheartedly to the all-powerful divine mother Kamakshi that everyone should attain the mental peace flowing out of the rendering of these songs intended for six weeks' worship of her and thus be blessed by her with prosperity and progeny.
