Can 'constancy' in inertial speed of light be assumed as 'quantized value' of free moving photon-particles? If so, that will harm nothing in basic principles of Special Relativity Theory. But such a tiny addition in our notion about inertial speed of light would have huge impact in present physics. This is a monograph of earlier 3- published articles of author, and presented a Quantized Hypothesis for all inertial- motions by deriving a long expected unified equation of everything with 'non-zero & finite' values in Special & General Relativity Theories and Quantum Mechanics in 10- dimensions. It also has resolved so many inconsistencies of current physics. But, beyond such unification, one non-quantized continuum of all 'zero & infinity' values also appeared with broken causality of events having no conventional sequences of causes and effects, which is obviously a territory of the physics but runs by all subjective Wills'. The Wills' of what or whom? Is it the physics of God? While looking back it seems like a journey of three decades. The journey, once was started with some simple questions asked by a snooping undergraduate boy: why free motions of different particles', including a photon, have there so many different magnitudes in absence of forces? Because, are those 'free-motions' also quantized as like as the 'free-mass energies' of particles? If so, what would be its probable consequences in current physics? Next was something like a long trail of one poor snail in reaching to the 'arc' but without knowing where that could be or how to be there. Finally, after so many failed efforts, the work became published in journal through the form of three papers during years 2014-2018. Author is an Independent Thinker and working with charities in India. He is development planner to reduce poverty-pressures on local socio environmental ecosystems. He is married, and graduated from University of Calcutta with Science beside other professional qualifications.

My planning of writing this book was not so long compare to its developments of contents. That was extended over three decades starting from my undergraduate years. So many times, it wasdiscontinued. Sometimes even more than one or more year. But finally, have emerged in a form of one unified mechanical theory and equated Special & General Relativity Theories to Standard Model of Particle Physics, and published as different articles in three issues of journal. But still I often surprised myself how a teen was found his pleasures in probing through the basic anomalies of physics than other worldly issues. All those boundless lash-greenly days under the deep blue skies without fearing anything about consequences. In those days, I seem fortunate enough to become in contact with one exceptional personality as my teacher of physics. He often used to discuss the frontier topics beyond my undergraduate text book. From him, I listened about something calls 'energy of a vacuum'. An 'ocean' of untouchable kind or form of energy beyond our limits of all quantum-signal exchanges. I was also surprised by knowing, why only the 'light' has such an intrinsic constant (observer-independent and absolute) value in its inertial-motion unlike others in physical nature. But both 'light' and 'non-luminous' categories of inertial frames of reference are associated with matters, as universally common 'wave corpuscular phenomena', are ultimately quantized in magnitudes. Then, I became inquisitive whether different wave-corpuscular phenomena would have different intrinsic values for inertial-motions. So, I am ever much indebted to Prof. Shisutosh Samanta being one of his students in those undergraduate years. In proceeding years, another thought, that grab me, whether the unique property of constancy in magnitudes of motion for inertial-light, in basic postulates of Special Relativity Theory, would ultimately be one quantized magnitude for a photon-particle. Because, the same photon-particle, also as one wave-corpuscular phenomenon, having the wave-corpuscular duality similar to any fermionic scales of particles or systems-of-particles having with similar corresponding quantized mass- energies and wavelengths. Subsequently, whether all those fermionic wave-corpuscular particles or systems-of-particles would have also the similar scale-specific quantized magnitudes of inertial-motions as the photons have in physical nature. Moreover, could there be any inverse relationship in-between such quantized 'inertial motions' and 'inertial mass-energies' alike to one already known similar inverse relationship in- between quantized 'inertial mass-energies' and (de Broglie's) wavelengths' in all those same boson & fermionc particles or systems of-particles? Could there be any greater number of such inverse relationships still exiting in physical nature " However, in later years, over a decade or so, a number of attempts were made to write these entire efforts in a form of journal articles. But were remained unsuccessful. Therefore, the developments were never been occurred in any prescheduled time plan to accomplish.

The monograph is primarily proposed a Unified Theory of Physics by assuming all intrinsic free-motions of particles or systems-of-particles or wave-corpuscles as quantized-values similar to corresponding intrinsic quantized-values of free mass- energies. Then, the convention of 'constancy in inertial speed of light' will appear nothing but one of such quantized values of free-motion which is intrinsic to a free- moving quantum of light. On the basis of this most basic consideration, the unified model, includes entire quantum-reality of physical nature which comprises all quantized particles, systems-of-particles and fundamental forces including gravitation. Such a quantum-reality is appeared to knit by Causal Laws and all 'non- zero & finite' quantized values without so called 'freedom' (i.e. subjectivily) of God. But, beyond the edge of such unified quantum-reality, it also construes, a 'zone' in same physical nature having all 'zero & infinity' non-quantized values along with all broken causalities for occurrence/destruction of any event. That seems like a territory of Non-causal Wills, and apparently with a lot of socalled freedoms or subjectvities for the Physics of God. Most significantly, starting once from the current conventions of fundamental physics, the book is reached to a state where the physical nature seems compatible with the basic ideas of Vedanta. The monograph has extended the Theories of Relativity (Special and General) through quantized way, and unified such extensions with the Standard Model of Particle Physics (Quantum Mechanics). It has started with some new postulates about physical nature, on the basis of some observational comprehensions in current physics. Particularly, those comprehensions, which have evolved through observations of last one hundred years or so, after outbreaks of Special and General Relativity Theories in first two decades of previous century. One of those new postulates is related to the 'free' or 'inertial' speeds of all particles or systems-of-particles including all bosons and fermions. All those free motions are assumed as intrinsic quantized-values similar to corresponding quantized-values of 'inertial mass-energies' involving with same particles or systems-of-particles. Any of such quantized-value is also a universally invariant (i.e. observer-independent) quantity. Consequently, o such universally invariant or observation-independent value which is related to the inertial speed of light, in basic postulates of Special Relativity Theory, can also be considered as one quantized-value of speed intrinsic to a photon particle.One quantum-real event has described in 10-dimensions but with all non zero & non-infinite discrete-values. But those 10-dimensions have different physical identities (e.g. 3-space, 3-antispace, 1- time, 1-antitime, 1-inertial-matter & 1-inertial-motion) unlike 6-folded and 4- unfolded spatial dimensions in String Theory or in similar other theories. Most importantly, all those 10 dimensions, with different physical identities, are inversely co-related through seven new universal inverse constants. Subsequently, many new predictions have emerged, and also resolved many theoretical inconsistencies of today's physics e.g. matter and antimatter asymmetries in present universe, E-P-R Paradox, etc. The monograph is based on a series of three earlier published articles of author. So, it is not a text book but a reference book in type. The mathematics used in the book is up to the undergraduate level. So, anyone with similar mathematical ability but having enough curiosity in basic mechanical processes of physical nature can comprehend it. Such a reader can be a researcher of fundamental physics, a student, a teacher, and a natural philosopher.
