About the Book The need of a text book for B.A.M.S and P.G. students comprehensive and comparatively Adhimanth dealing on the basic concepts of Glaucoma with modern interpretation and practical experience has been felt for a long time. The individual diseases with applied anatomy, applied physiology, niukti (defamation), nidaan (etiology), samprapti (pathogenesis), lakshana (signs and symptoms), sadhya-asadhyata (prognosis), chikitsa (treatment) both ancient and modern correlation / interpretation are described in such a way that a B.A.M.S, P.G. students, researchers, practioners , and concerned teacher can easily apporch the case with confidence.

About the Author Nikita Baghel, M.S (Shalakya), Ph.D (DSRRAU) presently working as a Assistant Professor at Sanskriti University, Mathura Uttarpradesh.

She had completed U.G. in 2011 from Govt. Ashtang Ayurveda Medical College Indore. Post Graduation in 2015 from NIA Jaipur and also completed Ph.D in 2018 from Rajasthan Ayurveda University Jodhpur. She had presented 6 research papers in National and International seminar. She has 10 publications to his credit in National and International level journals. Dr.Nikita has attended several conferences, CME program in different ayurveda college in India.

Preface The eye is the mirror of the body. Any abnormal changes in organs and organ system are reflected through it. It is by the grace of God Dhanvanttri alone that my book has been uninterruptedly completed.
