She was so fascinated to read "Mahasindhur Opar Theke' (the original version of this book) that she decided to translate it in English, so that the whole world can have an experience of divinity through the treasures of this book.

Preface This universe is eternal. We know neither the beginning nor the end of it. Our material life is just a small part of this eternal unknown world. This real world comprised of life and death is a wonderful resting place of the soul. In this world, the waves of happiness, sorrow, smile, tears, diseases and death- all have rolled into one. This world is a unique place from where we can fulfill our duties as well as attain salvation too. Along with this medium of Karma starts our journey through the birth and rebirth and through the ways of truth, knowledge, love, devotion and sacrifice our souls attain salvation from this transient world. The souls, who attain this eternal salvation, get the freedom from the cycle of life and death. Being immersed in the nectar of divine happiness, those souls then reside in the seven heavenly planes of the higher spiritual world. As the birth, death, happiness, sorrow, sin and virtue of this temporal world are evident; similarly the eternal blissful afterlife beyond death is eternally true. The connection of the soul with these two worlds has built the bridge on the deep gorge of unknown shady area between life and death.

This temporal world is the place to do work. Here one has to cultivate his inner spiritual qualities to attain results in the afterlife. Attaining salvation is the ultimate goal of a soul. In this world those who have succeeded to attain salvation through the ways of meditation, knowledge or true devotion can surpass the first two levels of the higher spiritual world, the Bhu-plane and Bhuva-plane and can make their place in the higher planes in Swa-plane, Maha-Plane, Jana-plane or Tapo-plane. Those who can reach that height can free themselves from the cycle of life and death; they do not have to come back in this temporal mortal world anymore and can get the taste of nectar and live happily amidst peace over there. That does not mean that their sadhana has ended. The sadhana that they started from the earthly plane is carried forward to that divine plane too. In the enlightened body they get immersed in that sadhana. But the difference lies in the fact that they do not continue to do this sadhana for attaining any personal achievements; rather they do this for the benefit of the whole world. It is often seen that these enlightened souls come back to Earth to help and bless spiritual minded honest devotees and yogis. Sometimes they even protect them from dangerous situations. Such is their love for good and honest souls.

In the world of life beyond death, there are seven main planes. There are different realms in these seven planes assigned for different types of souls. In the lower levels the sinners experience punishments for their sins and in the higher levels the virtuous souls experience the rewards for their virtues. The Bhu-plane and Bhuva-plane are the only planes for experiencing the rewards and punishments in accordance to the worldly karma of a soul. Right after the boundary of Bhuva-plane starts the arena of eternal karma. The field of karma for the enlightened souls start from Swaloka and has extended through Maholoka, Janoloka and Tapoloka. The enlightened souls who dwell in those planes control everything of this universe according to God's instructions.

Again, even in this temporal world there are many spiritually advanced and enlightened saints of higher realms who though living in a mortal plane in their mortal bodies can travel in the higher spiritual planes in their spirit bodies. They can simultaneously dwell in multiple places in multiple bodies. Those who have attained salvation through kriyayoga can utilize this power very easily.

Kriyayoga is an important path of Indian yogasadhana in which the yogi on attaining salvation can transcend the barrier of the outer physical body and can pass beyond it in his spirit body. He can reside in multiple bodies simultaneously and even can put his mortal body in a remote place and with the aid of his spirit body can go to any plane of the higher world according to his karma. He can also return from there when he wishes to in his mortal body.
