Book Description
Preface

The discourses of the Sages make a great impact on the young minds of the Sadhak for the Sages themselves have followed during their illuminating lifetime the same path for acquisition of real knowledge. Their discourse is nothing but the expression of their own experiences. In any discourse there is bound to be expansion of intelligence and the artistry of expression of words along with the skill of convincing people of what is being talked about. Swamiji's discourses had all these and in addition had the capacity to not only reach the hearts of all the listeners but to transform them too towards spirituality. He could convince the people because he always used to talk what he had experienced and not indulge in any flights of fancy. He could tell the people about the Parbrahma because he had the enlightening experience of the same. He was always known to be the truth personified and everyone knew that he was a Sage who used to talk about anything only after either experiencing it or after having done it.

The Atman or the Parbrahma being omnipresent is the root of the unlimited real knowledge. Swamiji like the Parbrahma which in fact was he himself and nothing else used to be in the state of continuously flowing real knowledge despite being in the utterly still stage. The realization that there is no duality and the Parbrahma is omnipresent throughout the universe is the Yoga of Knowledge as per Swamiji.

The Sadhana done by the Sadhak in pursuit of knowledge is done for the enlighting experience of the self. When this experience constantly accompanies you, you and the Parbrahma don't remain different entities but become unified into one. Forgetting this experience is dangerous for the Sadhak as it can herald the setting in of the duality again. Most of the humans have love for the God but many don't do Sadhana or worship. It is then imperative that everyone should listen to the discourses of the Sages, read their books and consistently think over what they really want to convey which by itself gives tremendous and indescribable pleasure to the listener.
