Happiness is a choice. You can choose to be happy. There's going to be stress in life, but it's your choice whether you let it affect you or not.
Happiness is a kind of choice that we make and create for ourselves. It is not something that depends on other people or getting their approval. In reality, the level of our life's happiness has nothing to do with the things that other people say or do.
Many people believe that you're either born happy or you're mind is so powerful that you can create any type of atmosphere surrounding you.
• At home
• At work
• In the life with friends
In the three different atmospheres, you can really choose happiness and make others happy. There isn't one right way to be happy, or a specific formula to find true happiness.

In Vedic period our Gurus / Sants used to believe in Mantra, Yantra, Tantra, therapy for the benefit for human beings.
Every religion has its own mantra, which they believe is best. A mantra is summary of religious belief and is symbolic which can be very easily understood.
The mantra may be different for every religion but it is their belief and ability on the same which keeps every religious person his faith and belief over it. Om is a key mantra.
It is called as maha (principal) mantra as it is no resemblance or gives importance to any one person but it gives importance's to inherent beauty of any individual who has moved the society by his purpose and objective to new areas which have never been travelled by any human being.
By challenging the old ways and bringing the change without looking at the caste, creed and race of any person it has moved from treating an individual as holy person to giving importance to person's inherent character, beauty of heart as key important attainment and thus it has been called Mahamantra.
Belief and trust are integral part of any worship. There is a story in Hindu religion where it is believed that when the name of lord Ram was written on the stones and put in water, they were floating and did not immerse in water, even when the stones were of heavy weight.
When lord Ram heard about this, he himself was surprised as why stones did not immerse in water and decided to test himself. He wrote the word lord Ram on stone and put them in water but this time stones get immersed in water and did not float which made him worried as to how could this happen?.
To this his followers said that although you have put lord Ram on stone you did not believe in the same and thus stone got immersed in water but we have deep believe and faith in you and thus the stones floated by our adorable belief and faith in you and not by name.
The importance is that the person should have inherent and total belief, dedication and adore the faith in God to conquer unlimited things and achieve happiness and fulfillment of life.
In today's world, increasing stress and related conditions often defined as non communicable disease which include diabetes, BP and cancer are responsible for several untimely deaths and multiple complications like heart disease and stroke (as in paralysis or brain hemorrhage).
A combination of sedentary life and inappropriate diet do contribute to some extent in causing these conditions. However, leading a stress free life is perhaps amongst the most important factors which is not only in our control but also helps to overcome the impact of stress on the mind and the body. Professor Puri has systematically adduced evidence to support his points of view through evidence from ancient Scriptures like the Bhagvad-Gita along with recent studies published by various scientific bodies across the world.
The manuscript for the book "Discover your positive thoughts" helped me to understand this valuable concept and the powerful message of discovering one's positive thoughts. I have been privileged to read some of the earlier works of Professor BB Puri which I have thoroughly enjoyed. The medical community today understands the value of not only physical health but also of mental and social health along with emotional stability as being important. Several aliments are known to be related to stress, anxiety fear and worry. The ability to continuously entertain positive thoughts will certainly help to overcome many of these. In addition to this, even recovery from several other illnesses is supported by a stress free mind full of positive thoughts. The ability of Professor Puri to effectively disseminate the value of the positive thinking derived from the Vedic way of life through his book is truly commendable. I am sure many of us will immensely benefit from such a simple and yet lucid work to promote positive thinking.
