Dear Parents,

Our child should be virtuous, intelligent and be an ideal -this must be your fervent wish, isn't it ? We present this text to make you aware of what needs to be done for this. In the first part of this text series the stages of growth and development of a child in the first 5 years has been elucidated. Similarly, measuring the intellect, aspects that affect the intellect and guidance on increasing the memory and intellect is also provided. Discussion and information on the reasons for mental retardation among children, how to take care of such children and the precautions required to avoid having such children is also there in the text.
