These songs in Sanskirt were composed by his Holiness Sri Swami Daraswati on various occasions. The late Sangita kalanidhi Sri. Manararajapuram Santhanam sang these songs in his concerts and had brought out an audio-cassette, which is in circulation. So too there is a new audio- cassette with Pujya Swamiji’s additional songs sung by Sri. Maharajapuram Ramachandran. Smt. Lakshmi Krishnaswamy and Kumari have also rendered some of these songs on audio-cassettes.

We are happy to bring out a reprint of these songs in Sanskrit with transliteration and word meaning. We are also adding a poetic version in English, of these songs.
