Saptashikha Dhar is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Evaluator under Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India and has done her PG Diploma in Yogic Sciences from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar. Having more than 6 years of experience in this field as a Professional, she is extensively training aspirants for different examinations in Yoga. She is also a Government Registered Yoga Instructor under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India.
She has done her Advanced Yoga Teachers Training from Swami Ramdev Ji at Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar in 2016. Saptashikha is also an active member of Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar. Before becoming a successful Yoga Professional, she worked voluntarily as an altruist for 7 years extensively to spread and improve Yoga culture in Silchar, Assam as a part of Patanjali Yog Samiti.
With an overall 13+ years of experience in Yoga field, Saptashikha is encouraging people to live holistic life by successfully running a Yoga Studio in Silchar and through social media platforms like Facebook and YouTube, having a very strong fan base.
Her vision is to help more and more enthusiastic Yoga Professionals to crack different competitive exams related to Yoga in India. This book is a part of her journey to achieve the vision of helping and motivating the youth to come forward and join the booming Yoga industry.
