About the Book Currently global health sector and economy are significantly disadvantaged due to ascending incidence of genetic, metabolic, and infectious disorders. Though much advancement has been made in innovative scientific tools that detail human physiology, diagnostics, and pathological states, the remedy is seldom formulated. Preface The Arya Vaidya Sala, Kottakkal has been conducting Annual Ayurveda Seminars in connection with the founder's Day Celebrations since 1964 and All India Essay Competitions since 1965. The proceedings of seminars and prize winning essays are being published regularly. They cover a wide range of topics and have become a veritable source of information to the students and researchers in the field of ayurveda.
