The structure of human body is the best example of structural architecture. It can maintain the whole body straight like a building. It can also bend on all sides according to the requirement and also twist (which the human made buildings cannot do). The whole structure rests on two pillars (the legs) which can bend much more - as well move the whole building without a lot of effort. There are joints which give this mobility. The whole structure also supports one globe (the skull) on the top, made of hard bones and this also can move up and down and sideways. To give rest to the structure and the pillars (and the muscles which keep them straight) the whole building can lie down and sleep. What a wonder! To add to the marvel, almost towards the upper side of the building are attached the hands/arms, which can be considered as the side wings of the building. Supported by the muscles and joints, these wings can make small and finer movements possible. This building protects all the residents who are important structures/organs like the heart, brain, lungs, stomach, intestines, liver and kidneys. All these organs are working in excellent harmony. The brain decides all the movements and guides them, plans, learns, keeps the memory of past happenings; the stomach, liver, intestines digest all the food and supply the energy, the lungs provide the body with oxygen; the heart supplies the food and oxygen to the whole body and the kidneys help eliminating the waste products.
