This book contains 31 articles, four of them in Hindi, which were written from time to time during the author's career as Dean and Professor of School of Dr. Ambedkar Thought and Philosophy at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University of Social Sciences, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar (Mhow) in Madhya Pradesh. Some of the issues and articles not related to the topic of the book are inserted here for intellectual discussion and to recognize recognize their existence side by side the theme in focus. It will make a good and readable enterprise for readers and scholars to delve into the pages of this text.

The author is the Dean: Schools of Dr. Ambedkar thought and Philosophy; Social Sciences, Rural Development and School of Agriculture at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University of Social Sciences, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar (Mhow), Madhya Pradesh, where he has been the Director General, the Vice Chancellor being the seniormost professor from time to time; Chief Warden, Chairman of various committees including the Board of Studies, chief superintendent of examination, project director, et al from the year 1996 till the present during which time he has guided hundreds of M.Phil. scholars, supervised half a century Ph.D. theses, addressed thousands of public lectures and wrote scores of books and number of articles published and placed in the libraries of various universities of repute for reference purposes.

This book is a collection of articles such as Social Governance, Post-Ambedkarism. Human Rights, Empowerment, Women Empowerment, Education, Social Work. Books by and on Dr. Ambedkar that highlight the theme.

This is a flower in the garland of the series of publication to mark the 127th Birth Anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, which falls on 14th April every year.

This is our humble endeavour to pay our tribute to the Father of Constitution. the best in the world, by bringing out books on various themes so as to understand and propagate the vision of nation building, unity and integrity of India and promote principles of liberty, equality and justice among all the citizens of India and promote peace and peace sources like Buddhism.

Our BANISS vision 2030 has emphasized the building of society in which all men. women and children can feel that they belong to the nation of their own by striving to prosper together, give to society as much as one can and work for it to the best of one's capacity.

We have been taking every step cautiously and conscionsciously to elevate this University to the status of Central and International model centre, which will be one of its kind throughout the country and will cater the needs of the marginalized sections of our society. The day is not far when we look forward to transform the unaccessible interior areas across tribal belt and scheduled areas and backward pockets across the state to see the light of enlightenment through education for all, employment for the unemployed, building and skill development for the industries and training and extension at every doorstep through research and education.
