It is said that today's children are the future of the country. The future of the country depends on the songs children sing. Earlier, children would recite 'Manache shlok' (Composition of Holy verses by Samartha Ramdas Swami), while today, they hum pop songs. Today, the vyayamshalas (Schools for exercising) have closed down and 'dance classes' have been started. Instead of patriots and freedom fighters, film actors and sportsmen are role models for children. How proud are we really of our Nation & Dharma ? Pride for the Nation and Dharma does not develop by merely singing the National Anthem in school and praying to God on festivals. For this, love for the Nation and Dharma needs to be inculcated in the mind. .
You do not become an ideal citizen through good education, a good job or by leading an honest life alone. Today, even after hundreds of years, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is remembered for his patriotism and Samartha Ramdas Swami is remembered as a devotee of Dharma, only because they were ideals in these fields. .
They can be called ideals because they lived for the sake of the Nation and Dharma. O Children! Do you not feel like being called ideals? For that to happen, you need to love your Nation and Dharma. This Holy text elucidates in very simple words on how to achieve this. .
1. Today in our country, there are many problems such as terrorism, corruption, poverty, unemployment, atrocities on women etc. Leaders say that they will make Bharat a superpower like USA and China. We too dream about this. Despite the fact that these countries are the superpowers, thefts, corruption, hooliganism, conspiracies etc. continue unabated there. Though these countries possess money and power, there is no happiness. What kind of Nation do we want? Like the one described by Samartha Ramdas Swami, that established by Chhatrapati Shivaji. As per Hindavi Swarajya' (Hindu Nation) All the sinners have drowned; Bharat has become powerful. .
Non-devotees have been destroyed; there is Anand (Bliss) everywhere. .
Anand is everywhere. How was Shivaji Maharaj able to establish a Nation which bestowed happiness to every- one? One reason was the physical strength and the other was the strength of Dharma. Saints like Samartha Ramdas Swami blessed Shivaji Maharaj because he abided by Dharma. Just as Shivaji Maharaj abided by Dharma so did his subjects. As a result, the 'Hindavi Swarajya' was ideal and happy. .
If you have ideals of patriots, Saints and Deities like Shriram & Shrikrushna before you and abide by Dharma, receive education by nurturing moral values and utilise the education to serve the Nation and Dharma, once again a 'Hindavi Swarajya' will certainly be established. Keep in mind that establishing an ideal Nation is your true career.
