As the kaliyug is progressing, disorders and sufferings are on the rise. The common man is stressed of one's lifestyle, illnesses and day to day affairs. No rest and all day work, running after luxuries, mechanised ways of living etc. are creating everyday new and unique disorders. To calm down and maintain one's health, this "Acu Therapy" is proving to be a boon to mankind.
This small pocket book, wrapping in itself, all sorts of day to day, simple to specific diseases and their acu points, might prove to be of great help for all It is a miniature of our Hippocratus-2 (thin, old book), compiled into entirely new layout. Seeking inspiration from our ancient rishis - Rishi Chyawan, this book of Ayurvedic Acupressure is named after him.
