About the Book The present book contains 17 latest research papers by Scholars on the aspects of Art and Architecture in honor of Prof. P. Neerajakshulu Naidu. The papers included in this volume bring to light for the first time new Literary, Art and Architectural data which have not been studied critically so far. About the Author Dr. Ghanta Jawaharlal was born on 15th April small village. Dendulur west district, Pradesh. He M.A. Degree and Culture Nagpur University in 1964. 1978, awarded Degree from University for thesis Jainism (As Depicted inscriptions) guidance of Prof. Ajaya Shastri. He joined dept. of Archaeology Museums, Govt. of year as Assistant Epigraphist and rose the position of (Epigraphy). He is well his authority fields of Explorations, Art and Iconography. also Director, O.M.L.R.I. retired in the year 2000.

Preface Prof P. Neerajakshulu Naidu, Former Principal, College of International Studies and presently, the Dean, Faculty of Arts, S.V.University is due for retirement on 31 May 2013 after distinguished academic service of 50 long years. He served the Depts of History and ALHC & Archaeology, S.V. University, in various capacities. His contributions to the field of Indian art and architecture is well known. His contributions have carved a niche for himself among the art historians He has made a mark as a teacher, researcher and an administrator. Besides academic positions such as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, Chairman BOS and Dean, Faculty of Arts, he also held administrative positions like the Head of the Department and the Principal of S.V.U College of International Studies. We feel proud of Prof. P. N Naidu who won laurels and is credited with laudable accomplishments. He is the recipient of Best Teacher Award and National Award for Teaching Excellence from S.V.University, and Indus foundation, Hyderabad respectively. Therefore in recognition of his services and to keep the memories of his achievements to the present and future scholars, the Editor and Felicitation Committee happily present this bunch of Research papers entitled "Art & Architecture: Recent Researches (Neerajam A Festschrift Volume in honor of Prof. P.
