Book Description
About The Book

Anandakanda (Betageri Krishna Sharma - 1900-82) created an honourable body of literature while forming his own personality. He never regarded literature as a by product of life on the contrary it was the very criss-cross of his 'life-cloth'. The literature produced by him, being an outcome of meaningful union of life and writing, is endowed with a capacity to motivate young writers and pave new ways of writing. Anandakanda played a vital role in opening new avenues of Navodaya literature in Kannada in the northern Karnataka through his monthly literary journal and composition of literature.
