He has a master's degree in commerce from Marathwada University, Aurangabad, India and a bachelor's degree in law. He has graduated from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He was an IT officer in a public sector Bank and opted for voluntary retirement in 2015, after 34 years of service to pursue his passion, The Bhagavad Gita.
Vaishnavi Rao holds bachelors in Design (B-Des, Interiors) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India. She was working as a designer in Goa for a year. Presently she is a freelancer undertaking independent assignments. She has a flair for painting and art works. Entire illustration work including the cover for this book is credited to her.
